  • Leadership Peer Groups

    These peer groups are facilitated monthly. We start the first session with an assessment to determine the areas of learning the team needs to focus on. The following sessions will include check-ins, targeted content based on assessment results, skill practice and issue processing. With each meeting, the team trust grows and leaders solve problems together. We measure impact after 6 months to ensure effectiveness.

  • Strategic Planning

    We walk alongside your organization’s leadership team to help determine the “people” strategy to align with your business goals. Together, we create a vision and develop a roadmap that helps you thrive and grow.

  • Supervisor Development

    We take a peer group approach to align and build trust between the supervisors. Participants will take a supervisor skills assessment to determine topics of discussion. Utilizing the leadership skills model the sessions will allow the supervisors to put content into practice.

    Christina is an MBTI Certified Practitioner and has been provided MBTI assessments and coaching to hundreds.

  • Background Checks

    Running background checks for new hires is best practice. We provide a user friendly system that will do the following searches: county criminal, federal criminal, national criminal, sex offender, ssn trace and global watchlist.
